Support Our Work
EDC’s Center for Science Education (CSE) at Education Development Center, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, brings together a unique staff of educators, researchers, scientists, and curriculum developers. Unlike colleges and universities that have endowment and tuition income, our survival depends on our ability to obtain continuing funding for our work through grants, contracts, and other sources.
Support from Government Agencies, Foundations, and Corporations
Our work, supported by government agencies, foundations, and corporate funders, is recognized for building effective models for systemic change. Our approaches often involve new curriculum materials, innovative vehicles for support for teachers, and fresh strategies for strengthening the infrastructure of educational systems in sustainable ways. Your contribution, as an individual, corporation, or foundation, helps us as we develop resources for teachers, educators, and school districts around the country.
Supporting CSE will help ensure our continued impact in science education. For more information about supporting CSE's work, contact Judith Opert Sandler, center director, at jsandler@edc.org or 617-618-2409
