Professional Support

The Center for Science Education believes that high-quality professional development is a vital component of any educational improvement program. Systemic change requires training and support not only for teachers, but for resource specialists, principals, district administrators, university colleagues, and others involved in science education.

Based on years of real-world experience, we know that effective professional development and technical support are very much like good teaching. In that way, we aim to create rich, broad dialogue among our clients and facilitate ongoing conversations that ultimately help participants make good decisions and implement effective strategies
